So the Lab asked a simple question. What if every technician on every job had an expert right there with them?
We built a Video Agent to do that. The tech points a phone at the unit. The Video Agent sees what they see, asks the right questions, and walks them to the fix.

A Video Agent for compliance inspections
Every fire extinguisher carries a tag. That tag says whether it’s compliant, when it was last serviced, and who did the work.
Checking it sounds simple. Multiply it by every extinguisher in every building in a portfolio, and it becomes hours of squinting, writing, and typing. Miss one and you have a compliance gap nobody knows about until an inspector or an emergency finds it.
So the Lab built a Video Agent for it.
The technician points a phone at the tag. One view, and the Video Agent reads it, understands it, and logs it. Pass or fail, due date, what needs attention.

Diagnosing specialty equipment
Equipment where the expert is rarely on site, and every wrong guess costs a second visit.
Video Agent-guided compliance and inspection reporting
Fire, life safety and equipment inspections read, logged and flagged as the technician walks.
Unit turns and move-out inspections
Walk the unit on video. The Video Agent logs condition and damage room by room, with photos for the deposit decision and the make-ready work order.
Preventive maintenance rounds
Filters, belts and readings logged per unit as the technician walks the route, so the PM record writes itself.
